For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are expected to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout or communicated by our team.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect/incomplete customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products

Our returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Claims regarding damaged, stained, defective, or incorrect-size products must meet the requirements and timeframe stated in that policy.

A parcel-opening video may be required for damaged or stained-item claims.

7. Size Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size when placing an order.

If the wrong size is dispatched by Coral Cottons, the issue will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If an exchange is requested because the customer selected the wrong size, the exchange may be accepted subject to the applicable conditions and delivery charges.

Customers agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to interfere with or damage the website.
• Use the website for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
