Return & Refund Policy

At Coral Cottons, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Returns or claims are accepted only in cases where the product is received damaged, stained, or defective.

To process a damaged item claim, customers must provide:

  • A clear parcel opening video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, stain, or defect.

Claims submitted without a parcel opening video may not be approved.

Claim Timeframe

All claims for damaged, stained, or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

Please include your order number, photos/videos, and complete details of the issue to help us process your request promptly.

Size-Related Issues

If you believe you have received an incorrect size, please send:

  • A clear photo of the item.
  • A measurement photo with an inch tape showing the relevant dimensions.

If our team confirms that the wrong size was dispatched, your claim will be approved, and a replacement parcel will be sent at no additional cost.

Customer Size Selection

If the ordered size does not fit due to incorrect size selection by the customer, an exchange request may be accepted subject to:

  • Product being unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customer paying an exchange delivery charge of Rs. 250.

No Exchange for Preference Changes

Products that are delivered correctly and in perfect condition cannot be returned or exchanged based on personal preferences, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Like or dislike
  • Color expectations
  • Style preferences

Once an item has been safely delivered as ordered, such requests will not be eligible for return or exchange.
