RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or torn product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Only products that are damaged or torn upon delivery are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers must open the parcel at the time of delivery and inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel (if possible).

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for issues other than physical damage (e.g., size, color preference, or style change).

Time Frame:

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Process for Return/Exchange:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product showing the issue.

  2. Email at customercare@zaariya.pk or WhatsApp at 03133789899 the photos/videos along with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  3. Once verified, our team will arrange for a replacement or guide you through the return process.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product is found to be used or tampered with.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products not reported as damaged within 3 days.

  • Items returned without proper verification or approval from our team.

  • Products with damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, or customer handling.
