RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or torn product, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

Only products that are damaged or torn upon delivery are eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must open the parcel at the time of delivery and inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel (if possible).

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for issues other than physical damage (e.g., size, color preference, or style change).
Time Frame:

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Process for Return/Exchange:

Take clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product showing the issue.

Email at customercare@zaariya.pk or WhatsApp at 03133789899 the photos/videos along with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once verified, our team will arrange for a replacement or guide you through the return process.
Conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product is found to be used or tampered with.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Non-Returnable Items:

Products not reported as damaged within 3 days.

Items returned without proper verification or approval from our team.

Products with damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, or customer handling.
